In this episode Michael talk about the importance of building a systems approach to business and life.
A system is really a process over time. You can go back and see what I mean by that.
A system is a way of producing a result. It is a process over time called step one, step two, step three, step for, etc. and etc. Obviously, however, simply having a process over time is insufficient without standards.
Standards tell you exactly how you’ll know you’ve successfully implemented and completed step one, two, three, four and so forth.
The standards themselves are insufficient unless you have an objective. The objective is another way it could be called the outcome produced by system.
